Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers, clients, and partners.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams on project delivery.
- Track UAE market trends, competitors, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
- Maintain the opportunity pipeline and report sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of business development or sales experience; digital advertising or marketing agency experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, platforms, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A Dubai or UAE professional network is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
