The role drives strategic growth and expands the firm’s portfolio across Gulf and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities; build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead major commission and competition pursuits; oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and bid preparation.
- Develop business plans, represent the practice at industry events, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with design and leadership teams; support client service and account management through project lifecycles.
- Monitor market trends, position the firm in key sectors, and support brand visibility through outreach and presentations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in new business development and lead generation, with a track record of securing projects in architecture, design, or related sectors.
- Business planning, strategic growth, market analysis, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting experience.
- Contract negotiation skills, including commercial terms, risk, and compliance; account management capabilities.
- Architecture, engineering, or construction experience is preferred, particularly in the Gulf region or international design markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills; ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field; the final advanced-degree qualification statement is truncated.
