We are looking for an Business Development Director who can take full ownership of our online and digital growth strategy. You aren’t just generating leads; you are shaping the way our company approaches e-commerce, digital partnerships, and client engagement. You will lead a talented team of business development and sales professionals, bridging the gap between strategy, technology, and execution. You will be the advocate for scalable business growth in every internal discussion and client meeting.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of online business growth initiatives.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the business development team, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews.
- Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer data to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams to implement growth strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide actionable insights to executive management on pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 7+ years in business development, digital sales, or e-commerce leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating revenue, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing teams.
Tooling: Proficient in CRM platforms, analytics software, and digital sales tools.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Mindset: Strategic, analytical, and pragmatic. You know when to iterate, when to scale, and how to balance growth with sustainability.
Pay: QAR40,000.00 - QAR50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
