Position Overview
We are seeking a **Business Development Coordinator** to oversee and manage daily business development activities.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, market knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, partners, and internal teams.
The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in driving growth initiatives and maintaining Asclepius-4Business LLC’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate business development activities including client outreach, proposal preparation, and partnership management.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of business leads, contracts, and communications.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare reports on business development performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s business regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, market trends, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
