The Role

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales pipeline, coordinating client engagements, and contributing to the company’s expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and commercial documentation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track sales activities
- Support the business development team in achieving targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales support, or coordination roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
