About the Role
eToro UAE is hiring a Leader in
Business Development & Affiliate Marketing
- to drive high-velocity growth across the GCC.
- You will lead multi-channel user acquisition, scale affiliate/influencer ecosystems, and establish revenue-driven strategic partnerships.
- What will you be doing?
- **Acquisition & Growth:**
- Lead B2C/B2B user acquisition strategies across the GCC.
- **Partner Ecosystems:**
- Recruit and activate top-tier affiliates, IBs, and influencer networks.
- **Strategic Deals:**
- Structure revenue-driven partnerships with financial institutions and drive offline media/events.
- **ROI Optimization:**
- Manage partner relationships and analyze data to optimize performance.
Requirements
- **Experience:**
- 5+ years
- in a growth leadership role within fintech, forex, or financial services.
- **Market Knowledge:**
- Deep understanding of the GCC fintech landscape and an existing partner network.
- **Skills & Education:**
- Proven track record in performance marketing and a relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
- **Languages:**
Native Arabic
and fluent English (exceptional negotiation skills required).
