About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities (new services, patient demographics, partnerships).
- Develop and execute marketing strategies (social media, local events, referral programs).
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and clinic performance.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders (suppliers, referring clinics).
- Set and monitor revenue growth targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing and patient acquisition strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills for market research and performance tracking.
- Networking and partnership-building capabilities.
- Familiarity with dental services and patient care processes is a plus.
- Strong experience in CRM Softwares (Preferred Zoho CRM)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
