Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge in sales and business development, preferably within the construction or fit-out industry. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in sales and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Assist in generating leads and maintaining client relationships
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred)
• Experience in construction or fit-out industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
