**Job Title:** Junior Business Developer (Construction / Fit-Out Industry)
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Junior Business Developer** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge in sales and business development, preferably within the construction or fit-out industry.
This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in sales and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Assist in generating leads and maintaining client relationships
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred)
- Experience in construction or fit-out industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
