This is not a volume sales role.

This is a positioning and closing role.

Kairos Merit is building a premium talent platform for the luxury hospitality sector in Dubai.

Our approach is based on precision, discretion, and high-value relationships.

We are looking for a Senior Sales & Account Executive who understands how to operate at that level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with high-end hospitality operators (Hotels, Resorts, Beach Clubs, Fine Dining)

• Sell high-ticket annual subscription services

• Position a premium solution, not a transactional service

• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → meetings → negotiation → closing

• Build and grow long-term client portfolios

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally high-ticket or subscription-based models)

• Strong communication skills and executive-level presence

• Ability to sell value over price

• Structured, self-driven, and commercially sharp mindset

• Experience or understanding of luxury hospitality is a strong advantage

• Fluency in English is essential

• Spanish is highly valued

• Additional languages are a strong plus
