Role responsibilities
- Analyze KYC BOW, portfolio, and client data to support business strategy and performance tracking.
- Translate data into actionable insights that help identify growth opportunities.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare presentations and visual summaries for senior management.
- Support data-driven initiatives that improve business performance and efficiency.
- Support data governance and maintain data quality standards across key systems.
- Collaborate with KYC and cross-functional teams to address data needs.
- Conduct ad hoc business reviews, trend analyses, and business reporting for senior management.
Candidate expectations
- Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst and in MI reporting, plus experience in data analysis.
- Understanding of Coverage and Operations; analytical mind, business acumen, strong mathematics skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Management reporting and insight skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- A graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred.
