Hiring: Business Consultant
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Company: Royal Migration Solutions
Commission: Uncapped 10% – 22%.
Currently based in the UAE
This role is a limited backfill opportunity and carries high criticality which makes the urgency to fill this role at the highest.

About the Role
As an Business Consultant, you will handle immigration inquiries, conduct professional consultations, and guide clients through the enrolment process while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Convert inbound immigration & PR leads into enrolled clients
• Conduct eligibility assessments and client consultations
• Present immigration programs confidently and professionally
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups
• Build trust and deliver excellent client experience.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year Sales experience (Immigration experience would be an advantage)
- Experience handling PR / Immigration sales consultations
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset with proven closing ability
- Excellent English communication skills
- Currently based in the UAE preferred
