About This Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Setup Consultant to join our team in the UAE.

Key Requirements:

Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken)

Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE business setup / company formation

Strong understanding of mainland, free zone, and offshore processes

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end company formation processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)

Prepare and submit applications to government authorities (DED, ADGM, DIFC, Free Zones, etc.)

Communicate with clients to advise on best business setup options

Follow up on licenses, visas, approvals, and renewals

Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities

Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Free Zones and Mainland

Knowledge of corporate structuring, visas, and compliance

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
