About This Role

Sales experience is mandatory.

Provide corporate advisory services with respect to business set up, company formation and corporate structuring and restructuring.

Handle and manage new business setup and companies' formation processes and requirements of all forms of companies (mainland, free zone, offshore).

Keep abreast of latest UAE visa costs and regulations.

Maintain accurate up-to-date client records within our CRM system.

Proactively engage with clients to maintain satisfactory, long-lasting client relationships.

Able to cross-sell products.

Maintain proactive communication with government departments, free zones and banks.

Knowledge of Dubai's Business Environment: A deep understanding of Dubai's business environment, including the legal framework, regulations, and procedures related to business setup, is crucial. You need to have a good understanding of the various free zones, licensing requirements, and permits needed to establish a business in Dubai.

Strong Communication Skills: As a business setup consultant, you need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to explain complex business concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are essential for a business setup consultant to evaluate the feasibility of business ideas, conduct market research, and perform financial analysis.

Networking Skills: As a business setup consultant, you need to have strong networking skills to connect with key stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and other business professionals.

Attention to Detail: The ability to pay attention to details is crucial for a business setup consultant to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the business setup process.

Cultural Awareness: Dubai is a multicultural city, and you need to have a good understanding of different cultures and their business practices. You should also be sensitive to the cultural norms of your clients.

Business Ethics: As a business setup consultant, you need to adhere to the highest standards of business ethics and maintain confidentiality in all dealings with clients.

Licensing: Finally, you need to obtain the necessary licenses and permits from the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) to operate as a business setup consultant in Dubai.
