Role overview
Support retail client engagements spanning market expansion, digital enablement, cost transformation, and merchandising and marketplace strategy.
Help develop data-driven retail and customer experience assets for client engagements.
Typical work
- Advise retailers on new markets, digital transformation, cost transformation, and merchandising strategy across in-store and online channels.
- Develop data-driven assets and practical solutions that improve customer experience and eliminate friction points.
Qualifications
- Bring 0–3 years of consulting or relevant retail-industry experience.
- Demonstrate deep retail-industry understanding and knowledge of one or more listed retail specializations.
- Use analytical, critical-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
- Have superior verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in teams.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity, pressing deadlines, and changing client needs.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is a nice to have.
- Demonstrate commitment to professional and client service excellence.
Work model
- The position is described as hybrid.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is $50,000–$90,000, with possible eligibility for a bonus program.
