The role works with business stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to understand challenges, document requirements, analyze processes, and support business and technology solutions.
Location and work arrangement
- The posted location is Mirabel-Montreal, Canada, with a hybrid arrangement requiring one to three onsite days.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Experience participating in business transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, and facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions.
- French is mandatory.
- Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements, translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and analyze business processes; perform fit-gap assessments and recommend future-state solutions.
- Coordinate between business, operations, and project teams; support planning, governance, status reporting, risk and issue management, testing, and user acceptance.
- Perform impact assessments, maintain traceability, and evaluate dependencies, constraints, and business impacts.
- Improve document control, workflow governance, lifecycle management, and information accessibility.
Compensation
- Posted base compensation range is CAD 44,951 to CAD 105,456. The posting does not state a pay cadence.
