Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for GIS and geospatial applications; diagnose and resolve incidents, user issues, and service requests.

• At least 7 years of GIS-focused application support experience, with hands-on ArcGIS Enterprise and ESRI technologies experience.
• Strong knowledge of geospatial concepts, geographic data management, GIS workflows, enterprise applications, and user access controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to maintain detailed functional documentation.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level GIS implementations and integrations.
