Analyze after-sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.
Collaborate across functions to improve after-sales performance, forecast trends, and support decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze service and spare-parts data for trends, patterns, and growth opportunities; develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Act as the OEM contact for forecast, actual, and ad hoc data requests, and work with Group IT and MIS to optimize reporting and system outputs.
- Forecast service and parts performance using historical data, market conditions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with service managers, parts managers, and workshop leads on data-driven sales plans and targets.
- Identify risks and opportunities in after-sales strategies and work with the CRM team to improve the use of customer data.
- Liaise between the after-sales team and marketing, finance, sales, and other departments.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders; track KPIs and provide insights on underperformance.
- Monitor branch performance and provide benchmarks against industry standards.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst; automotive or retail experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales data analysis, forecasting, and process improvement.
- An advanced degree or certification in Business Analysis, Data Science, or Sales Analytics is a plus.
