Main Tasks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
- Document business processes, systems, and workflows and identify opportunities for digital solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for IT teams.
- Assist in developing and validating business cases for digital transformation projects.
- Ensure digital solutions align with business needs and deliver organizational value.
- Prioritize requirements based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Support testing and validation of digital solutions against business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business teams and IT to align on project goals.
- Monitor and report project progress against business requirements.
- Help identify and mitigate risks or issues related to requirements and project execution.
- Support adoption of new digital tools and processes through training and guidance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technologies relevant to digital transformation.
Qualification Criteria
- At least 4 years of hands-on business analysis experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow documentation, and functional specifications, including BRD/FRD.
- Experience in business case development, UAT, and digital solution validation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, process improvement, and change management.
- CBAP or CCBA certification is an advantage.
- Arabic-speaking candidates only.
- A valid UAE visa is mandatory.
- Open to all nationalities, with priority given to UAE nationals.
