Key Responsibilities
- Gather business and project requirements from clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and other requirement documents.
- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, user flows, and functional specifications for development and QA teams.
- Create basic wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
- Work with clients, developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to support project execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and basic feasibility analysis for new ideas and client requirements.
- Use AI tools for research, documentation, requirement analysis, and business process improvement.
- Review developed features against approved requirements and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
- Keep project documentation updated and record and communicate requirement changes.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software services company.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or a similar wireframing and prototyping tool.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint planning.
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Basic understanding of web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, APIs, and software development processes.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
