About This Role
We are looking for a candidate to support Lynk & Co Middle East regional marketing operations and daily market activities and we are looking for someone creative, proactive, organized, and passionate about marketing, who can support both strategic and operational marketing activities across the Middle East region.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an international mindset, and a passion for branding, creativity, and marketing.
Regional & Local Marketing Support
- Support day-to-day marketing activities across Middle East markets.
- Support regional marketing campaigns, launches, and communication activities.
- Coordinate with HQ, local markets, agencies, and suppliers.
Marketing Operations & Process Management
- Support marketing operational processes and documentation.
- Assist with supplier on-boarding, quotations, contracts, PO processes, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain marketing reports, presentations, and tracking documents.
Brand, PR & Digital Support
- Support PR activities, media communication, and KOL/influencer collaboration.
- Assist with social media, creative campaigns, and basic digital marketing/media buying.
- Support branding alignment across campaigns and materials.
Event & Product Marketing Support
- Support event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Assist in preparing product marketing materials, key talking points, and presentations.
- Coordinate event timelines, suppliers, and execution details.
Qualifications & Experience
- Native Chinese speaker with professional English communication skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communication, PR, or related fields.
- Passion for the Lynk & Co brand, creativity, and innovative marketing.
- Overseas study experience or experience working with international teams/organizations is preferred.
- Open-minded, inclusive, and able to fit within Lynk & Co’s international culture.
- Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.
- Basic understanding of: Brand marketing and communication/ PR and media coordination/ Digital marketing and media buying/ Event management/ Creative campaign execution/ KOL/influencer collaboration.
Work Environment

- Dubai-office based role.
- Occasional travel for industry events or company meetings may be required.
