Ferns N Petals is the largest floral and gifting brand in India and abroad.
For over 30 years, Ferns N Petals is helping its customers to celebrate their special moments by delivering fresh flowers and fabulous gifts to their loved ones.
Ferns N Petals was established in 1994 and flower bouquet delivery was the first and only thing that the company was into.
From just 1 flower shop in Delhi during 1994, Ferns N Petals is now the largest florist chain with more than 400 stores (and still counting) across all the major cities and towns of India.
Along with the widest distribution network, our strong physical & online presence makes us the best choice to send flowers & gifts for deliveries across India and around the globe.
International Presence: After having established ourselves as market leaders in India, Ferns N Petals has expanded its International Footprints into the South East Asian and Middle East space.
In addition to a physical presence, with five stores in UAE, two in Qatar, one in Saudi Arabia and one in Singapore, we also have built a strong online presence with separate websites for each territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen brand equity and market presence.
- Plan and implement BTL marketing campaigns, including OOH, radio, print, and on-ground activations.
- Manage and grow social media channels by creating, scheduling, and optimizing engaging content aligned with brand voice.
- Handle daily social media interactions, including community management and engagement tracking.
- Build and manage relationships with UAE-based influencers; lead end-to-end influencer campaigns.
- Oversee online reputation management across social platforms, review sites, and forums.
- Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media, BTL) to ensure campaign alignment and performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on trends in brand marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and BTL.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing (digital + offline) within the UAE.
- Proven experience in BTL campaigns (OOH, radio, print, activations).
- Strong background in social media, influencer marketing, and ORM.
- E-commerce experience is required; gifting/floral/retail experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in executing 360° marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Strong analytical, creative, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- UAE Nationals (Emirati) preferred.
