Job Description
We are looking for a
Brand & Marketing Coordinator
to support the day-to-day execution of branding and marketing initiatives.
This role is highly cross-functional, combining coordination, content support, and product-side collaboration.
It is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and comfortable working across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the brand team, including cross-team coordination and multi-task follow-ups
- Assist in optimizing in-app and website content structure to improve clarity, consistency, and user experience
- Support app content proofreading, error checking, and translation optimization
- Assist in the creation of social media content materials, including visuals and short-form video content
- Participate in content production when needed, including being on-camera for social media content when needed
- Support execution of branding and marketing initiatives assigned by direct team lead
- Help ensure consistency of brand messaging across different channels and touchpoints
- Track progress of ongoing tasks and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Junior College’s degree or above
- Native-level English proficiency (must-have; strong writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in content-related work
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Internship candidates are welcome, preferably with strong English proficiency and availability for at least 3–6 months
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
- Strong interest in exploring and using different mobile apps and digital products
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content mechanisms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Basic understanding of content creation workflows (copy, visual, short video)
- Previous experience in marketing, branding, content, or operations roles (internship included)
