The Brand Marketing Manager will lead brand strategy and execution for the snacks business.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth, strengthen market positioning, and meet business objectives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and trade channels, ensuring effective execution and measurable impact.
- Drive product innovation and launches, partnering with cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization.
- Manage external agencies and key stakeholders to deliver creative, media, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Own brand budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI and profitability.
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of brand management experience within FMCG; snacks product experience is a plus.
- Track record developing brand strategies, executing large-scale campaigns, and driving business growth.
- Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and influencing P&L outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, including cross-functional and cross-market collaboration.
- UAE market experience is essential; regional or international market exposure is highly desirable.
- Interest in consumer insights, innovation, and building brands for sustainable growth.
