Lead brand strategy and operations for a women's fashion brand across the GCC region.
The role combines brand strategy, retail operations, and commercial performance, with a focus on growth and customer connections.
What you will do
- Lead brand and operations management across GCC markets and ensure consistent execution.
- Work with retail partners to optimize assortment, inventory, and pricing for volume and margin growth.
- Shape and implement go-to-market strategies for regional market dynamics and consumer preferences.
- Partner with Marketing on brand awareness campaigns across the region.
- Drive retail KPIs, commercial metrics, and ecommerce performance against business targets.
- Lead and mentor cross-cultural, cross-functional teams.
What the employer is looking for
- 7–10 years of proven retail brand management and operations experience.
- Demonstrated success managing 25 or more retail locations across multiple markets.
- Strong ecommerce and omnichannel retail experience, retail KPI management, and commercial acumen.
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strategic mindset balancing brand vision with commercial realities, plus strong stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Fashion or lifestyle brand experience in the GCC, including premium or mid-market brands.
- Arabic proficiency and understanding of GCC consumer preferences and shopping behaviors.
