Branch Sales Executive (Credit Cards & Personal Loans)

About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and other retail banking products to branch walk-in customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for credit card acquisitions and loan disbursements
- Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable financial products
- Verify customer eligibility, collect documentation, and process applications accurately
- Follow up on pending applications and ensure end-to-end closure of each case
- Cross-sell and upsell additional banking products such as accounts, insurance, and investments
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal banking policies
- Update daily sales activity reports and pipeline trackers
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or any related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience in banking or financial services
- Prior experience in credit cards or personal loans is preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and KYC requirements
