Salary: QAR 4,500 (Full Package)
Reporting To: Head Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager with strong expertise in café and restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the branch, ensuring operational excellence, and driving team performance while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Maintain strong control over staff scheduling, performance, and discipline
• Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Monitor daily sales, control costs, and achieve operational targets
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and ensure prompt resolution
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Head Manager

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within café or restaurant operations
• Strong operational knowledge of café environments and service standards
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
