**Job Title:** Salesperson **Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to assist customers, drive sales, and provide excellent service.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Demonstrate product features and benefits
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints
- Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Conditions
- Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
