**Job Title:** Operations Manager**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth operations.
The role focuses on optimizing processes, managing teams, and supporting overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and improve efficiency
- Manage budgets, resources, and cost control
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Supervise and train staff to enhance productivity
- Prepare operational reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in operations or similar managerial role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of process improvement and performance metrics
