We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, achieve financial targets, and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all branch operations
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
• Develop and implement sales and business strategies
• Monitor branch financial performance (revenue, expenses, profitability)
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts
• Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operations
• Build relationships with clients and the local community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Ability to make strategic decisions
