About This Role
Job Purpose
To maintain accurate financial records, manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, and support accounting operations including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries
- Record daily transactions including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow records
- Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and accounting documentation
- Maintain proper filing and record management for audit purposes
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
