Bookkeeper & Social Media Specialist (Hybrid Role)

About Us

1. Finance & Bookkeeping (50%)

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and expense receipts.
• Prepare basic monthly financial reports and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

2. Customer Service & Front-Facing Relations (30%)

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and assist with billing or invoicing questions.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and helpful customer experience.

3. Instagram Content Creation (20%)

• Be the face/voice (or a key part of it!) on our Instagram account.
• Brainstorm, shoot, and briefly edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes clips).
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and direct messages.
• Collaborate with the team to showcase our daily operations, success stories, and unique company culture.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• **The Numbers Side:** Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Clerk, or a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ZoHo) is highly preferred.
• **The Social Side:** An outgoing, energetic, and confident personality. You must be comfortable being on camera and speaking to an audience.
• **The Tech Side:** Familiarity with Instagram’s features (Reels, Trends, Stories) and basic video editing apps (like CapCut, InShot, or Canva).
• **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a natural at customer service.
• **Organization:** High attention to detail with the ability to switch gears between meticulous financial tracking and creative content creation.
