The bell attendant cum driver supports a positive and memorable guest experience at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel.
The role is guest-facing and includes lobby assistance, service-desk support, and helping with hotel transportation arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries; greet guests politely and assist those requiring special attention.
- Support daily operation of the bell service desk and keep the lobby clean and tidy.
- Know hotel room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, promotions, spa, health club, and other properties.
- Assist guests with luggage and storage, and coordinate delivery of messages and other items to guest rooms.
- Complete shift-checklist duties and assist other hotel areas when needed.
- Help coordinate taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other hotel transportation arrangements.

- Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel.
Requirements
- Be able to anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a friendly, polite manner.
- Have complete knowledge of the hotel's products and services, including rooms, facilities, outlets, promotions, spa, and health club.
- Be able to assist guests with luggage and provide luggage storage.
- Be able to coordinate taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other transportation arrangements.
