Position Objective
Represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to in-store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
- Possess knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories.
- Demonstrate excellent make-up selling skills.
- Recommend and link customer-specific products.
- Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service.
- Represent the brand at required standards with updated product knowledge and minimized stock loss.
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed to attract customers and per standard layout norms.
- Maintain awareness and vigilance of security in the store.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping.
- Handle the POS and billing counter.
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
- Tally cash at the beginning and end of shifts, process payments, and issue receipts, refunds, and change.
Requirements
- Knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories.
- Excellent make-up selling skills.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during sale or festival periods.
