About The Role
We are looking for a skilled, energetic, and customer-focused **Bartender** to join our team in Doha.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume bars, lounges, or nightlife venues and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to venue standards and recipes.
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
- Recommend drinks, upsell premium beverages, and promote special offers to maximize sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and company procedures.
- Assist in creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Work closely with management and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a bar, nightclub, lounge, hotel, or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales and upselling skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Doha or the GCC hospitality industry.
- Experience working in high-volume nightlife venues.
- Basic flair bartending skills and cocktail creation experience.
- Strong local customer relations and repeat guest following.
Compensation & Benefits
- **Basic Salary:** QAR 2500–3000 per month (depending on experience)
- Service charge and performance incentives
- Accommodation and transportation (if provided by the company)
- Annual leave and other benefits as per Qatar Labor Law

- Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
