Bar and Nightclub Manager

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar and nightclub, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer retention.
• Leverage an existing network of VIP clients, corporate contacts, influencers, and nightlife patrons to drive business.
• Plan, promote, and manage events, themed nights, and special promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and bar teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain a positive reputation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing a bar, nightclub, lounge, or hospitality venue in Doha.
• Strong existing customer base and proven ability to attract and retain clientele.
• Demonstrated success in increasing sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Extensive local market knowledge and industry connections.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of nightlife operations, beverage service, and event management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established network of VIP guests, corporate clients, and hospitality industry contacts in Qatar.
• Experience in marketing, promotions, and social media-driven customer acquisition.
• Strong business development and sales-focused mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
