Barista

Overview

• We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Barista to join our dynamic team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia.
• In this role, you'll be the heart of our caf operation, delivering exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality specialty beverages.

• Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor / Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and beverages with precision and consistency, demonstrating mastery of espresso machines and brewing techniques
• Deliver warm, engaging, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded
• Assist guests with informed recommendations regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods in a helpful and approachable manner
• Manage all cash transactions, process payments through point-of-sale systems, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station and caf environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
• Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment setup, inventory checks, and facility preparation
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours
• Attract and engage customers through attractive product displays and knowledgeable recommendations
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and support additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs
