Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, mocha, and specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Ensure proper coffee grinding, dosing, tamping, extraction, and milk steaming techniques.
• Take customer orders accurately and process them efficiently.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections when required.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients, syrups, toppings, and other beverage supplies.
• Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, counters, and service areas.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-making techniques.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and positive personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of different coffee varieties and beverage preparation is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Qatar or GCC hospitality operations is an advantage.
