We’re hiring: B2B Sales Executive – FMCG / HoReCa
We are looking to hire a
B2B Sales Executive
to support our FMCG and HoReCa operations in UAE.
The role involves acquiring new foodservice customers, managing existing accounts, and driving consistent business performance across assigned territories.
This position requires regular field work, client meetings, and structured follow-ups with restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new B2B customers including restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and catering companies
- Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements and present relevant product solutions
- Manage existing accounts, ensure order continuity, and work on account expansion
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with company pricing and policies
- Coordinate with internal operations and supply teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and follow-ups using Excel or internal systems
- Track market feedback, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of proven B2B sales experience in
- HoReCa, FMCG, foodservice, or restaurant supply
- Demonstrated ability to close new accounts and manage long-term customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organized approach to follow-ups, reporting, and documentation
- Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment
- Valid
- Dubai driving license
