Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at eBen, you’ll be instrumental in expanding and managing our clients ecosystem across the Kingdom.
You’ll identify potential partners, and drive engagement to support our product's growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, negotiation, and market insight.
Key Responsibilities
- · Developing new business opportunities through discovery calls and demos of the product with a diverse range of industries to expand eBen’s client base.
- Source and onboard new Clients across key categories relevant to eBen’s offerings
- Present eBen’s value proposition and partnership benefits to prospective Clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Resolve clients inquiries and support issue resolution in coordination with internal teams
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategy
- Reporting performance on CRM tool (Odoo) on a daily basis.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and vendor onboarding platforms
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales preferably within the KSA is highly valuable.
- Experience in
- SaaS, ERP, technology, or consulting industry
- is highly valuable.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Understanding of
- local market dynamics
- and business culture in KSA.
