Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join a premium automotive sales team.

The role is focused on driving business growth through consultative selling, expanding the customer base, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience in line with the organization’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and profitability targets.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through consultative and personalized selling.
  • Present and demonstrate a premium product portfolio tailored to individual client needs.
  • Actively contribute to lead generation efforts and support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
  • Accurately track, report, and manage customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
