Role summary
Responsible for card issuance, maintenance, personalization, fulfilment and delivery, supporting daily operations and card-related changes.
Card production and operations
- Operate card personalization and PIN printing machines and process debit and credit card fulfilment, packaging, dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain embossing reports, reconciliation records and production documentation; prepare job setups, card plastics and customer letters.
- Monitor consumables, maintain stock, and securely shred used consumables and damaged cards or plastics while keeping records.
- Reconcile vault, production and inventory records, including embossed-versus-processed cards.
- Process standard and VIP card requests within approved turnaround times and operating procedures.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, vendors and support teams on issue resolution, UAT and machine support; report operational issues.
Knowledge and skills
- Intermediate understanding of printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in card operations, card personalization or a related banking operations role.
- Knowledge of debit and credit cards and proficiency in MS Office.
