Role Overview
Seeking an Associate Program Manager to support expansion of Everyday Essentials (EE) streams across locales and product categories.
Focus on selection, marketing, and product mechanisms.
Pivotal in driving growth of EE business, improving customer acquisition, and enhancing selection framework.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive efforts across teams to streamline selection tracking.
- Analyze, evaluate and optimize selection streams for EE targeting both Consumables and Non-Consumables business.
- Build automated selection identification mechanisms.
- Work with marketing teams across locales to create tracking mechanisms for EE marketing initiatives.
- Drive parity in marketing effectiveness across categories.
- Understand the customer funnel and drive opportunity analysis.
- Develop marketing playbooks for NonCL EE items.
- Support on adoption of successful programs that are critical to EE and drive adoption in new teams.
- Oversee technical implementation of program mechanisms.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Measure and optimize program performance.
- Drive collaboration across all MENA-TR locales.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of programming or other scripting languages and coding skills (C/C++/C#, Node.JS, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby).
