UST is hiring a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst for locations including Kochi, Trivandrum, Gurgaon, Noida, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Pune.
The stated experience range is five to ten years, with a minimum of five years as a business analyst.
Core Salesforce Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM environments and Salesforce functional analysis is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM transformation initiatives, Salesforce data models, and configuration is required.
Business Analysis Skills
- Gather and elicit requirements, analyze and document requirements, map business processes, perform gap and impact analysis, and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, functional specifications, and requirement traceability documentation.
CRM Process Design
- Understand Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity Management, Case Management, customer lifecycle processes, and sales and service workflows.
- Support process design and documentation for end-to-end CRM implementations.
Salesforce Configuration
- Understand custom objects, fields and relationships, workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards, and basic Salesforce security concepts.
Testing and Data
- Support SIT and UAT planning and execution, test scenario creation, functional validation, defect tracking, and resolution.
- Support data mapping, migration, Salesforce integrations, data validation, and reconciliation.
Agile and Stakeholders
- Work with Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and Jira or other Agile tools.
- Engage business stakeholders, coordinate across functions, facilitate workshops, conduct requirements walkthroughs, and communicate solution decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications are good to have.
- Marketing Cloud, Einstein AI, life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, GDPR, HIPAA, API, middleware, training, adoption, and change management experience are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Design CRM processes and support Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity Management, and Case Management implementations.
- Collaborate with administrators, developers, and architects on functional guidance, configuration, and solution design.
- Define tests, support SIT and UAT, validate functionality, and coordinate defect resolution.
- Support data migration and integration requirements, conduct end-user training, drive adoption, and support change management.
- Liaise between business users and technical teams to align solutions with business objectives and operational needs.
