The Capital Markets role combines financial expertise and client-facing work in commercial real estate transactions.
The posting describes the position as a Senior Manager role while the supplied title is Associate Director.
Responsibilities
- Model and analyse commercial real estate transactions; prepare information memorandums and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and intelligence gathering, cash flow analysis, and valuations.
- Develop business through networking, build client relationships, assess client needs, and prepare proposals.
- Manage transactions from origination to close and maintain regular client contact through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Structure joint development, joint venture, asset sale, and redevelopment deals.
- Coordinate due diligence, support negotiations and deal execution, and identify transaction targets.
Candidate profile
- MBA in Finance, CA, or CFA qualification.
- 3–7 years of experience in investment banking or transaction services.
- Real estate and/or logistics/industrial sector experience is preferred.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, strong financial modelling, and strong presentation and communication skills.
- Business development and networking ability; understanding of corporate law is beneficial.
Location and travel
- The posting specifies on-site work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Travel of 50% or more is required for deals, site visits, and client meetings.
