Be you, join us.
We are seeking an Associate Account Executive (entry-level) to join our team at ARIS in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll work alongside our senior sales team, learning consultative, value-based selling from people who close enterprise deals with the region’s largest banks. You’ll own the start of the sales cycle from day one. As you build your skills, you’ll take on more of the cycle yourself.
This role is subject to Saudi Arabia's Saudization (Nitaqat) regulations, which require candidates to meet specific eligibility criteria.
Essential Functions:
Research and identify target organisations across the territory, and map the decision-makers inside them.
Run outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn and events to book first meetings and build qualified pipeline.
Learn our solutions in depth: Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
Join discovery calls and client meetings to understand how clients manage processes, risk, compliance and enterprise architecture, and where ARIS fits.
Support senior Account Executives on proposals, demos, and deal follow-up.
Keep the CRM accurate and report on your activity and pipeline to sales leadership.
Follow trends in process management, process mining, internal control and audit, so you can hold a credible conversation with clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a client-facing role. Internships count. Strong graduates are welcome to apply.
Interest in enterprise technology and how large organisations run.
Drive to prospect. You’re comfortable starting conversations with people who didn’t expect to hear from you.
Clear, confident communication in writing and in person.
Curiosity, plus the discipline to learn complex solutions fast.
Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic
Benefits:
Comprehensive private medical insurance (Cigna) for you and eligible dependents — inpatient, outpatient, maternity, dental, vision and mental health cover, with pre-existing conditions covered from day one
Prescription drugs covered in and outside the Kingdom, no co-pay
Group life insurance (Zurich), plus Accidental Death & Disability cover, from day one
Global Rescue membership — 24/7 medical, travel and security assistance anywhere in the world
International Employee Assistance Programme — 24/7 counselling, in person and by phone
