Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time)

Pay and employment details

• The position is permanent and full-time.
• Salary is listed as £25,000 to £38,400 per year on a full-time equivalent basis.
• A monthly bonus of 10% is available when sales targets are achieved, with potential for 20% for stretch targets.

Role overview

Commercial focus

• Analyse sales, KPIs, and customer feedback to make commercial decisions.
• Support business strategies that deliver sales targets.
• Champion visual merchandising and product displays in line with brand guidelines.

• Provide clear communication, feedback, and development conversations.
• Act as a trusted leader and role model for company values.

Customer experience

• Represent Pandora on the shop floor through product knowledge and brand storytelling.
• Role-model the selling ceremony to create personalised customer experiences.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated issues.

Store operations

• Support rotas, stock control, till operations, security, health and safety, and compliance.
• Plan staffing levels around commercial needs and seasonal trends.
• Maintain shop-floor standards, smooth stock management, and operational excellence.

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in store.
• Ability to build and coach a high-performing team.
• Strong communication, organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
• Adaptability, enthusiasm, a growth mindset, and passion for retail are expected.
• Experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
• Senior supervisor or current assistant manager experience may be suitable.
