Store Operations
- Manage all day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and loss prevention.
- Liaise with brand team to ensure the correct products are available in your store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and retail procedures
Team Leadership
- Train, and develop store team.
- Lead by example, creating a collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
- Set clear sales expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales and service targets.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience.
- Act as a product expert on baby apparel, strollers, car seats and related accessories.
- Handle customer concerns or escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Performance
- Drive sales through effective goal setting, team motivation, and upselling strategies.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and trends to optimize store performance.
- Execute in-store promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
