- Lead daily store operations by overseeing sales performance, inventory management, and customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention measures to maintain a secure and efficient store environment.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and strategic resource allocation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking and quality control of merchandise.
