Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle guest feedback
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Assist in scheduling, reporting, and cash handling
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license is a must
- Previous experience in a restaurant or F&B supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
