Assistant Restaurant Manager role in Food and Beverage and Culinary at Shura Island, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.

Restaurant operations
- Inspect staff grooming and attire; complete opening and closing duties and maintain clean, organized operating areas.
- Inspect storage for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness; complete inventories and requisition supplies.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being; submit maintenance work orders.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Follow company, safety, and security policies, report incidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
- Welcome guests, respond to service needs, and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Protect confidential information and company assets, maintain quality expectations, and identify improvements to efficiency, productivity, safety, quality, and cost savings.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- No license or certification is specified.
Physical requirements
- The role requires extended periods standing, sitting, or walking during a shift.
- The role requires moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and performing bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and similar physical tasks.
